Summary

This change adds NUCLEO-U5A5ZJ-Q support to the STM32 port.

I also posted a pull request: micropython/stm32lib#25 .
I will update .gitmodule when this pull request is merged.

Testing

• REPL via ST-LINK/V3 VCP/built-in USB-C port.
• Some part of following peripherals works: GPIO/Timer/I2C/SPI/ADC/DAC/RTC/USB
  but not tested all peripherals.
• Run run-tests.py and it works as expected.

Trade-offs and Alternatives

There is no negative impact because this pull request does not change board definitions and implementation of other MCUs.

Remarks

This PR contains following PR because it is needed to implement DAC for STM32U5.
