Sorry, I missed the review request. My two cents on how I'd word it.
Both row- and column-access of `KeyedArray`s is supported.
Any Tables.jl-compatible constructor (e.g., `Tables.columns`, `Tables.rows, `DataFrames.DataFrame`) will construct the corresponding type with one column per axis and a `:value` column.

I went as far as implementing my own method for this before thinking to look at
the source code and discovering the already existing support for this operation!
