It's buried in the readme, but it says that it's intended to be added as a submodule to your implementation:
See Running Tests. I'm not sure that's the best setup, but right now this PR would break json-schema-generator's tests. |

The current dir on spec_helper is '..', so it can't reach the files on "scripts/challenges".
