Various Improvements #1

This is a PR from the original project (alexurquhart/vue-bootstrap-typeahead#68).

It has a number of improvements proposed many different contributors to the original project:

It improves accessibility for keyboard users by supporting arrow key navigation through the dropdown. It allows the dropdown to be closed by tabbing away from the dropdown.
It allows the list to be show on focus. This is helpful for showing default suggestions.
It also allows the input value to be set.
