Well currently i have done this steps:-

Issue is my magento.test url changed to site1.test which i setup as per your mentioned step in first reply.

By default, that script sets both the secure and unsecure base URLs globally, which can overwrite magento.test with site1.test for the main website (setup-domain script).

2. Make sure the default website has magento.test as its base URL, and your new website has site1.test.
