Blog Footer and header URL's don't seem to follow base path

As I was debugging an issue with The "home" button along with footer URLs (RSS and Sitemap) with the developer we realized that baseURL = "https://fullyqualified.com/path"
and canonifyURLs = true
must be set. If anyone has any issues just leaving this tidbit here.

Hi @Alekseykua thank you for raising this issue.

I have analyzed the issue a bit more as why setting canonifyURLs = true worked when you had base URL with sub directory baseURL = "https://fullyqualified.com/path". I found that canonifyURL does a brute force search and replace of all site-relative URLs (ones with leading slash) with base URL prepended URL that's why it worked.

As mentioned in Hugo docs for canonifyURL this is will be removed in future and we must use the template function absURL for relative links in templates and markdown render hooks for content in markdown.

I have made the changes for layout templates to use absURL and removed canonifuURL configuration for exampleSite in this PR #2.

@Alekseykua If you are upgrading to the latest version of this theme v1.5.0 then you can remove canonifyURLs configuration or set it to false and it should without any other changes.
