Fixes magento#5872 . catalog wysiwyg can not be compared with media/catalog etc.

@peec thank you! can you please elaborate more on what is fixed in this PR. I.e steps to reproduce, use case or something similar. Trying to understand what's wrong with the code in develop branch right now. |

Making the database media storage usable. And cloud based installations applicable ( removing the need for filesystem storage ).
catalog wysiwyg can not be compared with media/catalog etc.
