1. Resolve No asterisk symbol (required entry) when changing "Encryption Key" #24098: No asterisk symbol (required entry) when changing "Encryption Key"

Solution: add 'required' => true, 'class' => 'required-entry' to app/code/Magento/EncryptionKey/Block/Adminhtml/Crypt/Key/Form.php

Fixed Issues (if relevant)
