Description
Several classes have wrong use statements for AggregationInterface (
Magento\Framework\Search\AggregationInterfaceinstead ofMagento\Framework\Api\Search\AggregationInterface).Also,
setAggregationsmethods don't return a correct value (incompatible with interface annotation).Original PR: #14482
