[FIX] small refactoring and removing not using variable from templates

I found not using variables in price templates and also made small refactoring for using customer URL in the order view info template :)

Hi @sidolov Sorry to ping you directly but today I see that you assisted me with all my PR. If you will have a time, please, check this one too.
Also, I want to excuse that didn't combine them into one but again this is a result of the fact that I have found all those issues separately. And when I made new PR other one was approved.
