Retrieve base host URL without path in error processor

Hi,

you use $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'], which may contain the port number also, in Error_Processor::getHostUrl(). On a Magento instance using the port 8080 it produces in my case the host URL localhost:8080:8080.
