[UI] The dropdown state doesn't change if the dropdown is expanded or not

Preconditions (*)

1. Magento 2.3-develop, Magento 2.2-develop

Steps to reproduce (*)

1. Make sure you have several categories
2. Go to Admin panel
3. Open a Product Page
4. Expand the Categories field
5. Click on the Category icon to expand/unexpand
   

Expected result (*)

1. The icon should be changed

Actual result (*)

1. The icon stays in the same state as it was
