Steps to reproduce

1. Login to the admin
2. Go to Find partners & extensions
3. Link and image points to Magento Connect

Expected result

1. Link and image points to Magento Marketplace

Actual result

1. Link is 301

The issue has been fixed and delivered in 2.2-develop branch. Will be available with upcoming patch release.
