Added CopyMagentoPath action

Description

Adds an action item to the copy context menu to copy Magento path for phtml files in the format of Vendor_Module::directory/file.phtml

@drpayyne great job! But it seems that you have added the ability to copy the path for templates, but such paths are also applicable for styles, scripts and images. Will support for these file types be added?
