Automatically detect version and platform type when opening a setup form in the framework tab.

At the moment we do not have an automatic check for Magento 2 version and type of platform used ("Adobe Commerce" or "Magento Open Source") when the user opens the Framework

When you open a framework tab, it will automatically start the version checking process.
This will allow to exclude possible situations when Magento 2 version has been updated, but in the settings window it shows the old version.
