Add possibility to navigate from an overridden template inside of a custom theme directly to the original one

When I'm seeing a template in my custom theme, I often want to compare it to the original one. Currently, I have to navigate to that file manually.

It would be awesome to have a shortcut, when an overridden template file is opened, which directly shows the diff view with the parent theme version of the template.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternatively, It would be great to have a shortcut to jump to the original file and open it.

Additional context

Mainline branch: 4.3.0-develop

This feature should be divided into 2 PRs:

1. Add new action, that appears in the context menu by clicking everywhere in the overridden template (should appears only for the overridden templates).
2. Add behaviour that opens difference between this overridden template and the original one from the vendor.
