Action/Code Generation. New email template generation

Add action and templates for generating new email templates.

1. Right-click on the module directory
2. Create a new email template action is accessible in the Module Files group
3. Click on the action
4. Create a new email template dialog is shown
5. The actions dialog contains all needed fields to cover the following output:

• Email Template ID
• Email Template Label
• Email Template Area (Frontend/Adminhtml)
• Email Template Type (Html/Text)

6. After filling out the required fields and click the Ok button, email_templates.xml file is created according to the dialog data along with email template file
7. email template file is opened right after generation
