[Inspection] Add classes highlighting if class is not found on virtualType

Describe the bug (*)

When creating virtual types of types (classes) that don't exist, the plugin doesn't highlight them as it does for preferences

To Reproduce (*)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Set a virtual type of a type that doesn't exist. ie: <virtualType name="Vendor\Namespace\Model\ResourceModel\Product\LinkedProductSelectBuilderByIndexMaxPriceRange" type="I\Dont\Exist">

Expected behavior (*)

I should see this highlighted as it does for preferences
