Test coverage for PR-243 #255

Description
Need to provide additional tests for
#243
we should have some test cases for tricky scenarios, like:
- show products out of stock
- configurables with out of stock children
- products available in one store, but not available in the other
Examples of tests: dev/tests/api-functional/testsuite/Magento/GraphQl/*
