neovim doesn't echo when running asynchronouse commands. So rtags#ProjectList outputs nothing. Moreover, there is no need in calling rtags#ExecuteThen if we don't suppose to run any handlers on a result.
`rc -w` adds a trailing '<=' to an active project name. It leads to an error when user chooses it.
Reason: neovim and macvim doesn't echo when running asynchronouse commands.

Sometimes it's better to run
rcsynchronously, because otherwise vim just doesn't print anything.
