When coalescing vsetvlis we might remove a use of a register AVL, which
in turn might leave the AVL def dead. When it's dead (currently limited
to just ADDIs) we delete the def, but we were forgetting to remove it
from LiveInterval's instruction map. This fixes #95865

I've attached the reproducer from that test case but for some reason it
needs +c to trigger the assertion, I'm not sure why.

When RVC is enabled, we may add some RA hints in RISCVRegisterInfo::getRegAllocationHints. I think this may be the reason.

When coalescing vsetvlis we might remove a use of a register AVL, which
in turn might leave the AVL def dead. When it's dead (currently limited
to just ADDIs) we delete the def, but we were forgetting to remove it
from LiveInterval's instruction map. This fixes llvm#95865
