set_source_files_properties OBJECT_DEPENDS for SemaLookup.cpp does not work as it's actually looking for a file target rather then a custom (clang_tablegen) target. The add_dependencies is going to fix the dependency error. See also llvm-mirror/clang#63 https://github.com/llvm-mirror/clang/pull/63/files

https://llvm.org/docs/LangRef.html#llvm-powi-intrinsic The max length of the integer power of `llvm.powi` intrinsic is 32, and the value can be negative. If we use `int32_t` to store this value, `-Val` will underflow when it is `INT32_MIN` The issue was reported in D149033.
