Extended Description

We have seen an internal failure that may be caused by load/store register renaming. I was not able to track down the problem so far.

I think it would be best to pick 8e3f59b ([AArch64] Add option to enable/disable load-store renaming.) onto the 10.0. It adds an option and defaults to disabled for AArch64 load/store register renaming.
