Extended Description

For debugging, I'd like to be able to specify the IR-level optimizations (-O0, -O2) independently from whether codegen is running in fast mode at the llvm-gcc driver level.

Do "llvm-gcc -mllvm -fast" and "llvm-gcc -mllvm -fast=false" work for you?
