Description
When creating a new folder in Nemo, in a folder without any existing sub-folders, the Treeview window does not refresh correctly until you close Nemo, or you click the down arrow icon before the Home folder to hide all the sub-folders. Next, you have to click the right arrow icon by the Home folder to view all the sub-folders which refreshes the Treeview window.
This was not an issue in Nemo 1.8.x, as all the folders in Nemo 1.8 had the right arrow icon showing before each folder, even if there were no sub-folders. In Nemo 2.x this changed, as empty folders do not show right arrow icons by them, and because of this when creating new sub-folders in empty parent folders, the Treeview window will not refresh correctly.
As you can see in the picture below, folders that do not have sub-folders do not show the right arrow icon as seen by the 0-Test folder, while folders with existing sub-folders like the Downloads folder is showing the right arrow icon by it. When I create the "Test1" sub-folder in the 0-Test parent folder, the Treeview window does not refresh, but when I create the "test2" sub-folder in the Downloads folder the Treeview window correctly refreshes, and shows the "test2" subfolder in the Treeview window.
The 0-Test folder will not refresh correctly if I hit the F5 key or If I click the "Reload the current location button" Only after I click on the down arrow icon by the home folder, to hide the sub-folders, then clicking the right arrow button by the home folder to view all the sub-folders will the treeview window refresh correctly.
There is a lot of productivity lost due to this, as I have to go through three or more extra mouse clicks to refresh the treeview window whenever I have to create new sub-folders.
