Disable auto-highlight of first entry

To reproduce

Select List view
Enable the Single click to open items option in preferences
Right-click on any entry to open context menu.
Click outside the context menu but not on any item thus closing the menu

Result
The first option gets highlighted(underlined).
If mouse is hovered over other items, they are underlined along with the first option
Underline is removed if mouse is hovered over the first option and everything is normal after that.

Expected
First option should not automatically get highlighted.

This also occurs in nautilus so is mostly from its code.

This does not occur in compact or icons view as they are highlighted by brightening the icon.

Perhaps the icon could also be brightened instead of underlining in list view similar to compact view as the text and icon size is same for list and compact views.

I can't reproduce this - does this problem still exist in latest nemo? Maybe i'm Doing It Wrong.

@mtwebster I was unable to build and install the "latest" nemo from github but this problem still exists in 1.1.2.

As you can see, first entry Audiobooks is auto-highlighted. The second entry Desktop is highlighted as the mouse hovers on it. The right-click was performed on Documents.

I still can't make this happen :(

Single click is enabled,

List view,

Right click a folder, then click off of it, the only thing that gets underlined is wherever my mouse ends up, not the first item though.

Can you please check if this issue persists in latest Nemo version available in Cinnamon 2.2 (Mint 17) ? Please close the defect otherwise.
