[WSL2] getWslSSHAddress would fail on busybox distros

The command line used is not universally supported:

Example output from Alpine:

~$ hostname -I
hostname: unrecognized option: I

Usage: hostname [-sidf] [HOSTNAME | -F FILE]

Show or set hostname or DNS domain name

        -s      Short
        -i      Addresses for the hostname
        -d      DNS domain name
        -f      Fully qualified domain name
        -F FILE Use FILE's content as hostname
~$ echo $?
1

If there is ip command then this command chain produced the needed result for me on Ubuntu and Alpine ip -4 -o addr show eth0 | awk '{print $4}' | cut -d/ -f1
