fix phpDoc

Need to get phpDoc working.

• phpdoc runs OK, but produces empty documentation
• write a lot more docs, including an intro, see ruby-vips for a model
• generate phpDoc comments automatically for the dynamically-bound methods, again, see ruby-vips for a model
