Speed up travis #281

@czurnieden Do you have an idea if we could somehow speed up travis again by restricting the valgrind builds? I know we get much more coverage for random tests like this but the CI times are up 5 times or so.
This is a bit of a compromise between safety and speed. Maybe we could run valgrind only for merged PRs on develop or we could only run valgrind if commits are pushed to a specific branch.
I also wonder when the travis guys start complaining. At least in earlier times when travis was young, I remember some projects getting a friendly notice sometimes...
