PHP 7 compatibility

Hello,

To make the scripts compatible with PHP 7 on my production server I had to make a few changes to the scripts. I attach the files I modified in case anybody wishes to add them to the official release, or just use in their installations.

Among other tweaks, I had to rename "password_hash" function to "password_hash_pla" - and I'm not sure if I should also change line 549 of config.php with $servers->setValue('appearance','password_hash','md5'); - so far it works for me without this modification.

It seems that the Debian/Ubuntu packages have been patched to work with php7..

@Others be aware to change your old config.php with hashing algorithm:

$servers->setValue('appearance','password_hash','xxxx');
$servers->setValue('appearance','pla_password_hash','xxxx');

I'm closing this - I'm using PHP 7.2.14 with 29d7d4 and there are no observed issues. (Numerous updates have been provided for PHP 7 support.)

Yep, 7.2 works fine but 7.3 has some issues. Like #72

having an issue with search functionality under 7.3.6 - trying 7.2
I also had to rename the password encryption and let the ldap server do the encryption.
