When receiving a summary of forums I can see the name of a anonym questioner

The Moodleoverflow version is the same as in the LearnWeb ;)

I have a course with an anonymous questions moodleoverflow. For notifications I have the settings Email digest type Complete (in Home -> Home->Preferences->User account).

could you give me more information? As far as I know, the daily mail does not send the information of the user that writes the post.
