error when adding answer with setting anonymous #158
Description
There seems to be a bug with "Questioners and answerers (Irreversible!)" at the setting "Anonymous".
How to reproduce:
- create the moodleoverflow activity and set the setting "Anonymous" to "Questioners and answerers (Irreversible!)"
- add a new topic
- try to add an answer to the topic
