This new
queue:monitorcommand will check the sizes of all queues provided and display them in the output.It will also fire a
QueueBusyevent for every queue with a size that exceeds the threshold. This allows developers to listen to the event and take the proper action (sending a notification, starting more workers, scaling servers, etc...)
