Base URL

Right now there doesn't appear to be a way of setting the base URL of the application and it is assumed that it is /. This makes it difficult to host an app at domain.com/foo/bar/ without having to prepend foo/bar/ to all routes and generated URLs. It would be useful for this to be a config option and then handled internally.

Hmm. I've had no issues placing an L4 Application in a subdirectory. Routes and URL Generation work as expected.
You can retrieve the Base URL using Request::root() if you want to prepend it dynamically to any assets.
