hey, 5.7 applicable updates get merged into master once the next version of Laravel is released. Master is for future framework additions (for example the 5.8 framework branch). Side note, I know this is probably linked to #4905 but a good explanation within your PR description of the reasoning behind the change is helpful for the maintainers. |
