Description

While developing #365, the team agreed that hiding the button before the creation flow is finished would be ideal. Now that the creation flow is merged, we need to develop a Create button to direct users to the WorkspaceKind creation page

Acceptance Criteria

• Create button is visible on WorkspaceKinds page
