This will ignore the first and last fold lines on iz motion.

Only useful on foldmethod=marker, so ignore this on other methods.

This repo has not been commited in 5 years, so you can probably switch to my fork. https://github.com/somini/vim-textobj-fold

Keep this subscription though.
