I am generated JTD schemas from Go code, and I wanted to use this library for that. However, the resulting JTD files were not human readable, containing many null fields. That's why propose to add an omitempty on all fields of Schema, so the resulting JTD files are more human-readable. This does not affect validation in any way, but the unit test are currently broken, so I cannot run them. I might contribute to that in a separate PR.
