Join the OpenJSF

I previously proposed joining the OpenJSF, and there were no objections (#28).

There are some clear benefits, and joining sends a clear message: "JSON Schema has long term support, and isn't owned by a commercial organisation."

As such, I'll proceed to start the joining process.

This task will only look to join as an Incubating project, as fully fledged within one quater isn't reasonably obtainable given the requirements.
