Steps to move out from JoomlaBrowser

As we have been commenting we plan to move out from JoomlaBrowser, and let JoomlaBrowser use Joomla Core tests.

For that, one of the steps will be to switch JoomlaBrowser to WebDriver:

This issue, is not to be solved now.
