Remove dvector/dscalar in favor of vector/scalar
Add numerical outputs and show compile mode in initial example
Add dampening seasonality example (simpler first example of graph_replace)
Simplify last example with set_subtensor by using constant price.

One thing I don't yet like is that we define sales_fn and don't do anything with it until much later
