Udated bes89 Fix for get correct coordinates for the base and stick element
Base moves to _baseX, _BaseY on resze. It's a hack but a change base function should be added for th api.
Replaced repeted code on the onUp onDown ect. with updateStick() move fution to relevent sections.

Tidied up some sections. Added releaseX, releaseY which moves the stick to X,Y on release. Added a show Varibale which will keep the joystick visable if true.
