Excluded from other Processing pages once on py.processing.org

Issue description

There is no way to get back to all the Processing pages from https://py.processing.org/ once on the Processing.py webpage the menu bar is gone and there is no way on the web page to get back to the other Processing pages

Proposed fix

Add the menu bar to the top of the https://py.processing.org/ webpage as the others do.
