Single dropdown active class added to wrong option

Describe the bug
When using a single dropdown, the active class does not get applied to the selected option.

To Reproduce

1. Make a dropdown
2. Open the dropdown
3. Select any value but the first (as the first will coincidentally work
4. Open the dropdown again
5. The first option is now selected

Expected behavior
The chosen option should be active

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows
• Browser: Chrome
• Version: 5195.19
