No confirmation after large git pull

When doing a large git pull, there is no confirmation the pull finished successfully or with errors after clicking Pull and Load Changes. See attached file for screenshots and steps. Note, the git pull works perfectly with smaller pulls.

@michael-rust For one of the pulls that you noticed times out with no confirmation, could you also please share how many files are being changed by the pull? You can also email me privately with a copy/paste of the pull preview if you're comfortable with that.
