"Warn when an item has uncommitted changes in a different namespace in this instance" - slows down Studio startup significantly

This seems like it would be a really useful option for us but seems to impact performance heavily. If it's enabled, opening Studio with 15 classes open (ie, via Tools > Options > Environment > When open project show documents from last time) takes 2+ minutes.

If it's disabled, the same takes ~10 seconds.

Closing studio is also impacted, as is opening new classes.

We have ~25 namespaces in the instance, so presumably that has an impact. Perhaps there could be some kind of caching to reduce whatever calls are taking the most time? Not sure!

@zdateh we actually have a fix for this (#674) in the next release, expected today, featuring... some kind of caching!
