Document recommended set of mappings for HealthShare instances

The default mappings are very bare (just classes and routines). HealthShare instances will need additional items mapped. We should research which additional item types should be mapped and document them somewhere.

• Recommended mappings from HealthShare will be the same as the ones documented for HealthConnect here: https://docs.intersystems.com/services/csp/docbook/DocBook.UI.Page.cls?KEY=AGITLAB#AGITLAB_settings
• We will make them the default mappings with Default mappings for HCC #724
