Actually, keeping this here as a record that the root cause needs to be found. (I haven't yet and the diff on https://github.com/intersystems-community/vscode-objectscript/pull/1414/files seems totally innocuous.)

This also happens periodically with menus on Health Connect Cloud when operating over isfs.
