[BUG] Mermaid not respecting <br> for new lines (Safari, Rafiki)

Current Behavior

Timea sent a screenshot of an odd issue she's seeing in the Rafiki docs, using Safari. Instead of respecting line breaks (<br>), the additional line overlaps with the first line. She's confirmed that this isn't happening on Chrome, nor is it happening in Open Payments on Safari. I sent her this page as a test.

The only differences as far as I can tell are that the Rafiki docs (on the Webhooks page linked above) have <Mermaid> nested within <details><summary>, while the OP IdP page has <MermaidWrapper> then <Mermaid>. Those differences might not have anything to do with the issue itself.
