Allows to inspect values wrapped into private_memory<T> by evaliating `operator()` from GDB. Necessary for GPU devices where inferior calls are not supported, however Host implementation is also provided for completeness. Also slightly tweaks existing class naming scheme in the GDB python script.

Enables evaluating
pgid.operator()(wi)in GDB when using a GPU device.NB: this is an important fix for upcoming release, please make sure it propagates.
